Swelling on joints

My mother was diagnosed with Chickengunya in Nov'21. But she still has joint pain and swelling on the joints. Also her fingers are turning dark. Currently she is not under any medication. However, had taken treatment for the disease. She also has weakness, but her weight is increasing. Attaching the pictures of her wrist and ankle joint. Please recommend what needs to be done and what may be cause.

Inflammatory synovitis. Get cbc, esr, crp, RA factor, Anti ccp, serum Vit d levels, kidney function test, Aso titers, IgE levels, blood sugar profile, thyroid profile.

Seeing her pics it seems like she may be having inflammatory synovitis in her joints which can be due to multiple factors including chikungunya Yes chikungunya can cause prolonged pain and swelling in joints too
