Swelling on gum

I have swelling on my lower gum for a few days now, it is red. I do feel pain if something rubs against it. Is there some medication I can take or any suggestions.

Hi. It's an ulcer. Could have happened due to some frictional injury, like accidental toothbrush injury.

Apply Kenacort gel 4 times a day for 5 days. Should provide adequate relief.
