I am diabetic patient, swelling happening for foot And fingers. Pain also getting

Diabetic patients have myraid of problems. Renal problem may lead to swelling. Infection may cause problems.
Next Steps
1. check sugar level 2. do serum creatinine...if high, consult diabetologist or nephrologist 3. do CBC if counts high then consult surgeon to rule out infection
