It's may be internal hemorrhoids or sometimes its anal fissure with sentinel tag.Increase fiber intake (fruits, vegetables, whole grains),Drink 2.5–3 liters of water daily,Do not sit for long periods on the toilet,Take warm sitz baths (10–15 minutes, 2 times daily).
