I am having swelling in left toe and ankle pain since 4 days . I applied Volini spray and massaged the troubled area but it is of no Help . Kindly advise some medication

Try ice pack (cold pack for few minutes only 5-7 minute. And massage. Do not apply ice directly on the skin. If still not better then further investigation will be needed
