Hi. Seems like some allergic reaction. Take tab cetrizine once a day for 3 days and apply some antibiotics steroid eye cream . If no response in 2 days then show to eye doctor. Regards Dr Neeraj Sanduja

It looks like you must be allergic to something in environment  , if so, both eyes should be affected usually. Because of allergy there is periocular swelling which is minimal during day and as day passes u are more exposed and hence edema deteriorates. Ocular allergy leads to tear film diaturbances which causes dry eyes and hence frequent blinking and may be twitching sometimes. Also notice any drooping of eyelid once there is no swelling in lid.
