Swelling below tongue, left part of neck
There is swelling in my left part of neck and think so that there is swelling below my tongue and feels like something is kept below my toungue and there is some difficulty in moving tongue too
It could be a thyroid issue or a plunging ranula. Needs clinical evaluation

Since when u had this problem, u should share a picture of same for further evaluation of swelling.
Most common diagnosis are ranula, dermoid , etc but mostly r surgical causes.
