When I woke up yesterday morning I've got a severe swelling around the eyes and face. After one day of cold compression a bit better but it's still here. I don't know if it's severe or which department should I consult.

Swelling is because of allergic reaction.. May be u had something in night because of that u have allergy. Or any insect bites..
