It’s common to get forehead swellings after fall-The scalp has many blood vessels, so even a minor injury can cause a large swelling.
Apply a cold pack wrapped in cloth on the swelling for 15–20 minutes every 2–3 hours during the first 24 hours. Paracetamol may be given for pain according to weight of the child
Watch for danger signs, if present visit nearest doctor immediately
