Sweating in 36 week preganency

My wife is 36 week pregnant and she had her second COVID vaccine 4 days back. But from last two days suddenly she is sweating like hell as she is in bath full day and night. She is taking progesterone tab from last two month and arginine from three weeks. Not sure what might be the reason for this and what action needs to be taken.. kindly advise someone please
