My child swallowed a marble..will it pass through motion..her age is 1.11 mnths..can u please help me out..

It will pass through motion in 48 hrs if not them take Plain standing xray of abdomen..

If he passed it in motion then no need to worry.. keep away baby from this type of  object peanuts, mutter, pomegranate seeds till 3 years of age.

X ray will tell us where the marble is, depending on location of marble. If it has passed on stomach and present in intestines, it should come
