My blood test report says the level of tsh is 7.13 while t4 is 9.5 and t3 is 133 .I am 32 years old without child.Nowadays i m feeling extreme tiredness and dry skin problem and body ache ect.

You could be sub clinical hypothyroid, get anti-tpo test done, if positive should on thyroxine replacement therapy, because you have not conceived should aim for tsh values less than 2.0.

Your doctor could start you on thyroxine replacement even if your Anti-TPO is negative, because you are symptomatic and planning to conceive
