Dear doc, I meant having pain while standing, getting up, sneezing and coughing. Also pain sometimes radiates to buttock and right leg. Plz advice

U ll have to avoid bending or lifting weights U could try hot fomentation and analgesic gel application If no relief please get ur self examined by an orthopaedician to look for red flag signs and investigations like x ray And MRI
