Why did my doctor prescribe Surbex Gold capsule for a vitamin D insufficiency (23.20 ng/mL)? There's no vitamin D content in the capsule. PFA info on the vitamins and minerals it contains.

Instead u can go for vegetarian protein ,there are many . Even for vit D. Why un necessary intake processed foods or med .
