Hi ˌ I am currently taking brahmi tablet for vata dosha (breast feeding mother of 8 month old ) can I take vitamin B12 and calcium tablets as vitamin supplements along? does it cause any adverse effect with ayurvedic treatment( brahmi tablet+anu tail for nosal drop)
