Is it necessary to use sunscreen daily.Im afraid of it's ingredients.and is it safe to use daily.Does it have any side effects.And does if start and stop using it.Will it make our skin more sensitive to sunlight?

You should use sunscreen regularly If worried about side effects wear physical sunscreen No , a normal skin shall not be sensitive even after stopping sunscreen
