Many time I feel feverish & pain but no swaling of any joint or part of my body...my vitamin d leval is 8.3 and my Triglycerides is 256.4 and Cholesterol Direct leval is 251.0 so plz advice me ...any medicine or any other treatment...plz advice...thank...u...

Please see a MD physician to advise u medicine for raised cholesterol.  For vit d3 deficiency take tab uprise D3 60,000 IU once a week x 8 weeks. Along with tab shelcal 1 tab twice a day x 2 months. For easy fatigue u need to exercise and also see if ur haemoglobin is low or not
