My mother is undergoing Chemo+Target therapy for Breast Cancer treatment. Its weekly cycle every Friday. She is having sore throat and also had fever 100 C in last 2 days. I would like to know if one can take a break of 1 week in Chemo+Target therapy without risking any effects of the therapy.

Yes..in these circumstances chemo should be deferred but make sure she has no low blood counts. Moreover keep a watch to rule out corona infection..
