This is most likely benign condition . Do self examination of breast every month and see gynaecologist personally for examination .generally subsides with medicine

Hello dear user in your age generally these is least chances of malignancy. There can be  fibrocystic breast disease and benign lump, better to consult a gynaecologist  personally  for examination and  if needed needle biopsy.
