I was 12 weeks pregnant and had abortion due to growth issues. I had found sugar level trace in urine. What does it mean? Am i diabetic? Shud i take treatment??

Small trace amounts of sugar in pregnancy called as renal glcocuria is common in normal pregnancy but you had a miscarriage
