My husband had a routine checkup at work and it said presence of sugar in urine with one + . We got hb1ac done which is showing 6.3 and on other sugar parameter which is there in the attached image. Can this be taken care of with lifestyle changes?

Urine sugar means kidneys are excreting sugar out . Means high level of sugar in blood. Check your fasting sugar and sugar after 2 hr of each meals. HBA1C 6.3 means boderline diabetic so need to take high protein low fat and sugar diet
