I'm a heart patient. I had my open heart surgery in June 2015. I am having suffocation and chest pan these days.

Since you give history of cardiac surgery, the symptoms can be attributed to Cardiac as well as non-cardiac causes. It is mandatory to get evaluated with ECG echo and basic assessment at physician.
