morning- tea(1 cup) with diet biscuits.
break fast8 .30am -( banana shake with endura mass), toast with garlic butter,egg ommlet(1), aloo parantha( 1)
lunch 1pm to1.30pm- mixed grain chapatti(2 to 3), aloo panneer sabji(1 bowl), moong dal(1 bowl), veg rice(1plate) and rasgulla(1 piece)
evening 5 to 5. 30pm - green tea with sprouts chat (1 plate)
dinner 7.30 to 8 pm- veg parantha (2), soyabean sabji(1 bowl), rice (1plate) with chana dal(1 bowl), vermicelli kheer(1bowl) .
before sleeping- milk with endura mass.
Health Tips
1- do your
thyroid test.
2- do weight gain power yoga.
3- drink pleanty of water.
