My wife has been coughing since last 7 days, as a precautionary measure, TB GOLD test has been done and the result came positive in IGRA Plasma test with a test value of 1.27. In addition to that, CRP is 38.16 as well. Can we conclude she is suffering from TB ?

Dear user, As per current national programme TB GOLD/IGRA are not basis for diagnosis & start of treatment for TB. So please don't be confused & consult properly to nearby hospital or online.
Next Steps
do sputum examination & chest xray PA view.

No it's not necessarily Tb. If chest xray and ct scan of chest is fine , no treatment for tuberculosis needed.
