Suffering from stress

For the last few years I have become prone to stress and anxiety. The problem is so much that I am now suffering from digestive problem and hair loss(androgenetic alopecia). Please advise if I could do something to be relaxed and calm

Do meditation, yoga, breathing exercises...try to have healthy diet at regular intervals,drink more water,manage stressful situations smoothly if possible avoid them,biotin supplements helps you...Consult nearest psychiatrist and dermatologist they will do the needful.

Hello.The symptoms you mentioned is psychosomatic,meaning physical symptoms due to mental stress.So if primary cause that is your stress be managed automatically the symptoms will disappear.Digestive problems and hair loss very common in stress. Androgenetic means family history of baldness In such cases with medicines we can slow down the progress of hair loss and conserve hair successfully. Gastric symptoms can be taken care. Few points apart from medications-===== Treat dandruff if its visible or itchy scalp with mild shampoos.Don't apply oil more then 1 hour on scalp. Eat flaxseed or in Hindi called alsi its effective reduce hormonal damage . Eat fibre rich food like vegetables ad fruits.Avoid refined food and aerated drinks.NO smoking as it doubles hair loss.Avoid strong tea and take only 2 cups/day. And remember always smile and no matter how bad you will be able to handle situations or else let go if you can't d change it. Have a smiling healthy day.
