Suffering from red rash on my thighs

Suffering from this since last 3 days... these are itching and burns on taking a bath... the other thigh on the opposite side also has some redness... since this symptom appeared m also suffering from fear and headache since last three days. The skin is no not even it feels like as if pricklies are there
