Suffering from PCOS

I am suffering from cysts in ovaries. Both the ovaries are bulky in size. Right - 8.9 cc Left - 18 cc I have consulted many gynecologist and taken different medicines from past 2 years. Femina - 6 month Dronis- 6 month Ovral G - 2 month Ovral L - 3 month. Now I am rid of PCOS . Still I suffer from irregular periods , weight gain, depression . Is it will be ok to take out the cyst from ovaries. Is it possible? Please help me
