Suffering from high ulcers, please help

Problem: suffering from ulcer back to back. I am student at engineering, Leaving in hostel so here food is full of spices also, i am taking fast food also as i don't like hostel food so have to take so no option for good food for me here. Please please suggest me good idea and remedies to get out of this problem. Feeling stressed much nowdays due to can't eat food and can't talk much.
