Suffering from hiatal hernia

I have been suffering from hiatal hernia hills grade 2 diagnosed a year ago i was on ppi for almost a year but i quit them 2 months ago since then  im having occasional gas bloating and flatulence after eating and the acid reflux is present... Hernias don't go away as i was told by my doctor so now I'm trying to manage the reflux through natural methods like yoga diet plans...
