Suffering from frequent urination

2026-07-07 23:14:25
I have a tendency to urinate 15-20 times a day. I have been suffering from this problem since school days. Worst part is that i have to wash my vagina everytime I urinate which is irritating as it keeps the panty wet. I avoid drinking water and suffer from dehydration. I have Ibs too. How do I stop this?

Urinating 15–20 times daily is not normal and needs evaluation for causes such as overactive bladder or infection. Don't restrict water—consult for proper assessment.
