Need not to panic. You should take adequate fluids orally maximally tolerated. Don't do any physical work or exercise. Take Tab Paracetamol 650mg for bodyache.
Next Steps
Visit general physician and repeat blood test if symptoms are severe. No need of blood transfusion as of now but intravenous fluids maybe needed.
Health Tips
take proper rest for few days and keep repeating blood test for 2-3 days to check on platelet counts.

Urgently go and get admitted in a hospital.. Platelet count is low, at anytime it can decrease further more if fluid therapy not started as earlier as possible.. Don't panic..and Dont wait for online consultation, it require hospitalization to remain in safer side

Count 52,000 is still safe, not a concern till level drop below 20000. Platelet count will slowly normalise. Supportive treatment with fluids(oral &IV) , pomegranate.Papaya leaf extract may help

Low platelet count, that too sudden fall in one day is calling for close monitoring of BP, pulse fluid balance . Persistent vomiting, very high fever , bleeding from nose or any other site,or further fall of platelets would be indicative of hospital admission
