Suffering from back pain

2023-02-16 01:55:19
I asked my sibling to walk on my back on 2nd Jan after a long journey. After that my back starts hurting in early morning around 4-5 AM everyday which discomforts my sleep. I can't sleep in any pose or any side. It hurts a lot. I went to a doctor last month he told me that it's a muscular spasm it will be cured after sometime but this is getting worst. I don't feel any pain during sitting walking or sitting. It hurts only during sleeping and mostly in the morning. Pls advise

Back pain not settling down even after a month warrants attention. It can be due to muscle spasm or bony injury. Night or early morning pain should be evaluated seriously and investigated thoroughly! You may need investigations for a proper diagnosis.
