I alwys get headache when i travel a long distance...
please avoid paracetamol on a daily basis. you may have severe kidney damage as a side effect.
please consume giloy juice and giloy tablet daily and do yoganidra for relaxing.

I can understand your concern.
you can take a tablet. aceclofenac and paracetamol combination twice a day after food for the headache.
if it still doesn't subside , then you need to consult a general physician in person for further evaluation of your condition.
do not ignore this further as it could be related to your sinus, eye sight, migraine etc.
