Sudden problem in breathing

2022-11-10 17:07:33
I've been facing an issue with breathing. It has been 2 months since it started, it happened very rarely. For the last 5 days, I've been encountering a continuous breathing issue which would go away after 15-30 mins. I would face difficulty in breathing, and I need to take long breaths with my mouth. No asthma problem. No one in the family has asthma. I have sinusitis and migraine. Is it something psychological (like anxiety or stress) or physical?

Looks like anxiety but before we label it that please have a thorough consultation with a pulmonologist to rule out any other problem
