Sudden palpitations since 2018

I am suffering from suddenly palpitations in the heart and after palpitations start I get nausea, diarrhea, mild fever. ECHO, ECG, CBC, SOB, FREE RADICAL THYROID PROFILES are Normal. Doctor gave me Ciplar LA 20 for 6 months. But after finishing the medical course palpitations started again in the gap for 1-2 Months and last up-to 10 hours. Doctor said that it is due to Anxiety. He advised me to meditate sleep properly, avoid stress.I don't have any bad addiction now he is not giving me any Medication he is ask me to change my life style. I don't know what to do.

Sudden onset palpitation.. if frequent I don't see any holter test being done.. if it could capture any arrythmia..

That's correct. Do walking and regular exercise..if still ur stressed, u can take a psychiatrist opinion

Yes better to change your lifestyle. Proper sleep and avoiding stress is important to get relief. You can also do regular walking and aerobics .
