Sudden pain on lower back

Hi doctor, Since two days, i am having sudden pain on right side lower back. It arise sudden with mild pain and then goes away. It is happening every 1 or 2 hours. There is no pain while bending doww ro turning back.. Please sugget. Attached image with point of pain
