I've got a sudden pain in my lower back which seems to be hurting a bit and is restricting movement due to which I feel pain while I walk...what can I do about it n treat it?

Consult a physiotherapist. The therapist will apply modalities like IFT n US to reduce pain .Do back extension exs,abd strenghtening exs , n back isometeric exs daily
