My mother had 4-5 fatty lumps for a few years. Not painful or bothering her in any way. Suddenly in past one month, she has got numerous fatty lumps all over her body and all of them are painful. What could be the possible reason for this sudden outburst and what treatment should we look for?

The reason is not known. If the patient feels uncomfortable with the lumps she should consult a General Surgeon for getting these removed.
