The reason for the pain is heavy exercises without proper conditioning.

Try to gradually increase the intensity of your training regime. Maintain proper posture while exercising. Keep yourself adequately hydrated pre and post workout.
For now, apply Ice packs. Apply pain relief spray. Give rest to the painful areas. Strap the affected areas of they are too painful.
