Sudden hear loss in right ear

I had sudden hear loss in jan 2018 in my right hear hence it's more than 50% hear loss - took all treatment as suggested like high dose steroids for a month, HBOT therapy but no recovery. Doctor has suggested to go for hearing aids which I don't want to. Is there no possibility to recover my hear loss and this irritating tinnitus.

Sudden loss of hearing happens without any reason. Spontaneous recovery happens with in 15 days. Sometimes it is total recovery, sometimes it is partial.
