Sudden fall, head injury, foot gangreen

1. Alcholic--- problem in feet /nerve damage-weakness, problem in walking 2. Medicine from pgi a. Thamine b. Pregabid C. Maxadulin d  mcobid 3. And condition improves quite a bit 4. Nerve test done twice, almost ok 5. Alcohal continues 6. Occasional blackout & low BP 7. Occasional shivering / body shaking for few minutes 8. Last month heavy neat drinking 9. Then tried to control to some extent for few days 10. One day all of a sudden fell down while walking in the street & got head injury. 11. After head stiches, was shifted to neuro centre at bathinda. 12. Remained in good senses for few days,then shifted to pgi emergency 13. Condition deteriorated thereafter. 14. Admitted in ICU & again regained senses. But gangrene developed 15.  shifted to ward bloodi patches in brain reduced but dry gangrene is major issue. Any medicine to improve & avoid amputation ?
