Sudden decrease in Breastmilk

My baby is 2 months 10days old .I am having sudden decrease in Breastmilk.i am eating good amount protein food which includes paal sura,mutton,mutton soup,legumes,milk , sathumaavu kanji regularly.even I love to eat raw fennel so I take 50gms  daily .some days the milk production is good and some days milk supply is not up to the mark.my baby is not full.please give me suggestions

Breastmilk is usually sufficient. Babies cry not just for hunger. There can be many reasons for it. Discuss about this with your pediatrician.
