Sudden body rash - Head to thighs

I got a sudden rashes all over - Red, slightly bumpy like a mosquito bite in some places. Slightly itchy. Started with my forehead. I took a hot And as the day progressed moved to my neck, back, chest, stomach. Body got warm but no fever. I took an Avil25 tablet. It stopped for an hour. But now it's started again. My upper lips is a bit swollen. And my hands have red spotty rash. I have a pregnant person in the house. So am cautious of not passing it on. Is this infectious? Or an allergy? Or anything else? P.S: I have no history of allergies.
