Suddenly body pains and fever no idea about it can you suggest it When we use dolo 650 it's cool some time again it's coming same

Hello. You take eupatorium per 30 - every two hour today and from tomorrow take thrice daily. Aconite 30-4 times daily. Take adequate rest. If fever does not subside by tomorrow then go for CBC and revert back with reports.

1.Tab Pan 40 mg once daily before breakfast. 2.Tab Dolo 650 mg as needed for fever after meals. 3.Tab Allegra M mg once daily at night after meals. 4.Tab Meftal Forte one as needed for high fever resistant to Dolo .(Max 3 Tablets per day) 5. Tab Seradic P one as needed for Joint pain ( Max 3 tablets per day ) 5. Plenty of Fluids , Soups , Coconut water. 6. Rest.  7. If any rashes appear, any itching , fever doesn't subside or pain continue despite medicines , get the following tests done. 8. Complete Haemogram, Typhidot, Urine RM,

Symptoms indicate viral fever. Maintain adequate hydration by taking plenty of oral fluids. Paracetamol 500 mg 4 to 8 hourly is advised. The intensity of fever should come down after three days. However complete recovery may take 7-8 days. Take rest and consume normal home cooked diet.
