Submucous fibroids

I have posterior wall submucous fibroid indenting d endometrium, 50% protruding in d cavity size 1.6 x 1.3 cm And 2nd is fundal submucous of size 7.5mm, 30% protruding in d cavity anteriorly. Does it require surgery? If yes then which? If not then it affect convenience or pregnancy History- IUD in January 2022 in 36th week 5 days pregnant. Baby history- single umbilical artery present Want to get pregnant? Pls suggest here

It is better to get hysteroscopy evaluation. The smaller fibroid can definitely be taken out but bigger fibroid will have to be tackled depending on how much is the protrusion in the Endometrial cavity.

Go for hysteroscopic myomectomy. Submucous fibroids can cause difficulty in conception.
