Hello sir,
My TSH level is 5.67 and FT3 , FT4 within reference range. My doctor said no need of any medicine for the same. I have fatigue and muscle cramps which didn't resolve from last 2 months.
My Vitamin D was 7.6 for which he gave Arachitol 6L IU Inj.
Please advise further on my symptoms.
It's vit D deficiency, thyroid hormones are nearly normal. Check with your weight and start exercising. Support with vitamin D replacements. Expose your body to 🌞 sunlight.
For thyroid, need to evaluate with antibodies tpo and tg. For now, go with vit d supplements.

Your muscle pain can be related to low vit D levels... I would suggest to get treatment for your vit D as u have received one injection of vit D... Wait for few days for improvement... If no improvement in your symptoms even after your vit D status normal.... May need to start thyroid replacement....
