Subchorionic clot inside uterus

Had this Subchorionic bleed inside my uterus at 11 weeks 6 days of size -2.1*0.56 cm , No outside bleeding ,just found this in an ultrasound .Have been prescribed with duphaston since then .I am 14 weeks 3 days currently .What are the chances of the clot being resolved now ?? Is my pregnancy safe ?
