Stuffy and tight upper abdomen

Hello there, It's been three days and I am experiencing a stuffy upper abdomen. When I touch or press it I feel hard in the morning, also the stool is not so clear (watery).  I was on medication for two days even then today being the third I am not so recovered. Please help me out🙏

You need patience. Treatment for five days minimal. Enterogermina respule three times for three days. Tab oz two times after food for five days. Nexpro RD40 ONE IN EMPTY STOMACH FOR 5 days. Mucain gel 10ml without water nothing by mouth till 30min can be taken 3to 4times.
