I had a severe pain in left ear due to cold and after consulting the doctor and taking the prescribed medicines my pain is fainted but resulted in a stuffed ear and a hearing Loss too.

You seem have had acute otitis media for which treatment was given. Usually after this condition some people develop a condition known as otitis media with effusion. This is the reason for blocked sensation in the ear. Usually it will resolve on its own within few days. You can try using Decongestant medicines
