Striking pain in left leg & both knee

I have sometime striking pain in both knee and as well in left calf and left feet withoutswelling...while i was sitting suddenly pain start and end. When i stand leg feet experience heavy load on it .. I done all my test B12 215 VIT D 30 TSH 1.4 FERITIN 61 IRON 101 HB 16.8 PLAT COUNT 311000 WBC 8470 CALCIUM 10 URIC ACID 7 CRP 0.18 LDH 119 ADA 5 MG 2.13 PHOSPHORUS 3.96 UREA 33 RBS 125 I TAKE MEDICINE AS PER DR SUGGESTED OMEZ AND ZERODOL Is XRAY Required??? Please give suggestions..
